AND THAT ALSO INCLUDES MILLS MARINA, WHICH THE APPLICANT, UH, KURT PAMELA LANG ALSO OWN.

YOU MAY RECALL, UH, NOVEMBER, 2021, UH, THE LANGS CAME TO THE COMMISSION TO REQUEST REZONING OF THE, UH, UH, SUBJECT PROPERTY, UH, FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO WATER ORIENTED COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL.

AND I BELIEVE THAT WAS DECEMBER 20TH.

SO THAT WOULD BE JANUARY 20TH WHEN THAT 30 DAYS, UH, RUNS OUT.

AND HAVE YOU RECEIVED A SITE PLAN? NO SITE PLAN HAS BEEN SUBMITTED YET, GENTLEMEN? NO.

AND JOYCELYN COMES ON A REGULAR BASIS TO, UH, LET ME KNOW THAT BOATS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO BE PARKED ON THAT PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET.

UM, AS A MATTER OF FACT, WHEN I BOUGHT THE PROPERTY, THERE WERE SIX BOATS ON THE PROPERTY WHEN I BOUGHT IT, AND THEY WERE ALL DERELICT BOATS.

AS I THINK YOU ALL KNOW BY NOW, AMY IS VERY BIG INTO HISTORY, AMERICAN HISTORY.

THE JULY 4TH, UH, CELEBRATION IN NEW YORKTOWN, YORKTOWN DAY, GUEST SPEAKERS, UH, ALL KINDS OF HISTORICAL GROUPS THAT SHE'S BEEN INVOLVED IN, UH, BOTH AS A COUNTY EMPLOYEE AND IN HER SPARE TIME ON A VOLUNTEER BASIS, UH, AS WELL.

SO SHE'S REALLY THROWN HERSELF INTO THAT.

UH, WE GOT A FANTASTIC PLANNER IN THE BARGAIN.

UM, WE BROKE IT IN, BROKE IT IN HALF CUZ OF THE, UH, UM, BOTH THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE CHAPTER AS YOU KNOW, IT'S THE, IT'S THE MEAT, MEAT, POTATOES OF A COMP PLAN.

SO, UM, STAFF DID A A GREAT JOB IN INCORPORATING THE ITEMS THAT WE HAD DISCUSSED EARLIER THAT WE WISH TO BE INCLUDED IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

UH, COUPLE OF 'EM OF NOTE, ONE WOULD BE TO, UM, TO PUT IN A PLAN THAT, UH, UM, THE COUNTY WOULD, UM, SOLICIT SOMEONE TO DEVELOP A PLAN FOR THE LIGHTFOOT AREA.

AND THAT'S A CRITICAL, UM, UH, PIECE TO IT.

I KNOW THE PEOPLE IN UPPER COUNTY WERE REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING THAT INTO PLAN.
