Approve Minutes – October 10, 2018
Application No. UP-916-18, European Cars of Williamsburg: Request for 1) a Special Use Permit, pursuant to Section 24.1-306 (category 12, no. 5) of the York County Zoning Ordinance, to authorize an auto sales and service establishment on a 0.4-acre parcel of land located at 100 Oaktree Road (Route 786) and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 2-55A; and 2) a major amendment to an approved Special Use Permit, pursuant to Section 24.1-115(d)(3) of the York County Zoning Ordinance, to authorize a greater than 25% expansion of an existing auto sales and service establishment on a 2.7-acre parcel located at 421 East Rochambeau Drive (Route F-137) and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 2-59A. The proposed expansion would include a new 4,500-square foot sales/office building and an expanded parking/display lot. The property is zoned RR (Rural Residential) and designated Low Density Residential in the Comprehensive Plan.
