Request to amend the York County Zoning Map by reclassifying a 0.4-acre parcel located at 1538 Penniman Road (Route 641) and further identified as Assessor’s Parcel No. 11-94 from IL (Limited Industrial) to PDR (Planned Development Residential) and EO (Economic Opportunity) to authorize the expansion of the previously approved Whittaker’s Mill Planned Development from 222 to 230 dwelling units subject to the same conditions voluntarily proffered for that development.
