Six-Year Secondary Road Improvement Program. Receive public comments jointly with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-126 to approve the project priority listing for the proposed Secondary Road System Six-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2021 – 2026 and the Secondary System Construction Budget for FY 2021.
County Code Amendment. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 20-8 to amend sections of the York County Code reducing interest and penalties on late tax and utility payments and waiving returned check fees on electronic checks for reasons other than insufficient funds.
Easement Vacation – Huntington Pointe Subdivision. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-123 to authorize the County Administrator to execute deeds of vacation and other documents to vacate certain landscape preservation easements located in Huntington Pointe Subdivision, formerly located in York County now located in Newport News, by virtue of a subsequent boundary line adjustment.
