Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-81 to amend York County Code Section 1-9 regarding remote participation in Board meetings to allow a Supervisor to participate remotely in Board meetings for a personal or health matter, and allow the Board to meet without a quorum physically assembled in the event of a declaration of an emergency issued by the Governor. a.
