Proposed Fiscal Year 2021 Budget and Tax Rates for 2020. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 20-15 to impose tax levies upon tangible personal property, upon machinery and tools, upon mobile homes, and upon real estate for calendar year 2020; and proposed Resolution R20-44 to approve the budget and appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021.
Approval of the FY2021-2026 Capital Improvements Program. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-45 to adopt the FY2021-2026 Capital Improvements Program as a long-range planning document.
Designation of Real Property Tax for School Purposes. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-46 to designate a portion of the real property tax for school purposes.
Proposed County Code Amendment – Ambulance Transport Fees. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 20-7 to amend Article VI, Section 11-60 of the York County Code to authorize the County Administrator to establish rates for mileage and at each level of ambulance transport up to 150% of Medicare rates and any other associated fees up to the maximum allowed by law.
5. Commendation of Retiring Employee. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-15 to commend Brenda Geiger, Senior Accounting Supervisor, Fiscal Accounting Services Division of the Department of Finance, on the occasion of her retirement from County service. 6. Playground Equipment Replacement. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R20-18 to appropriate insurance proceeds to the County of York for the costs to replace playground equipment damaged by a tree on December 18, 2019; and to authorize the County Administrator to execute a contract in the amount of $80,372 with MTS Recreations to provide new replacement playground equipment at New Quarter Park.
