York County Code Amendment – Inoperable Motor Vehicles. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 19-2 to amend York County Code Section 15-49 keeping of inoperable motor vehicles, trailers or semitrailers on property zoned residential or commercial, and to increase the fines to the maximum allowed by the Code of Virginia, from $50 to $200 for the first violation, increasing to $500 for subsequent violations, up to a maximum of $5,000 for a continuing violation. a.
