Application Nos. ZM-176-18 and UP-900-18, Pavilion Development Company. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 18-5 to amend the York County Zoning Map by reclassifying the two parcels located at 102 Pine Street and 103 Oak Street from R13 (High density single-family residential) to GB (General Business) subject to proffered conditions that would limit development of the properties to a car wash; and proposed Resolution R18-22 to approve a Special Use Permit, contingent on approval of the rezoning request, to authorize the establishment of a car wash.
Application No. PD-48-18, Mid-Atlantic Land Management, LLC. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 18-4 to amend the York County Zoning Map by reclassifying approximately 83.7 acres of land located at 2000 Springfield Road (Route 687), from EO (Economic Opportunity) to PDR (Planned Development Residential) for the purpose of establishing a 213-unit senior housing-independent living development.
Vacation of Utility and Drainage Easement. Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 18-3 to approve and execute a plat of property line and easement vacation in order to consolidate five parcels located at 105 and 103 North Constitution Drive and 118, 126, and 136 Dare Road, into a single parcel and vacate an existing drainage and utility easement and an existing limited access easement along Dare Road.
