2. Zoning Amendment for Solar Facilities. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R17-64 to sponsor an application to amend various sections of Chapter 24.1, Zoning, of the York County Code to add provisions concerning solar energy facilities.

3. Transfer of Funds for Design Phase of the New Elementary School.
