2. Approval of Minutes. Consider approval of the minutes of the following meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors:
a. Unapproved minutes of the March 7, 2017, Regular Meeting.
3. Commendation of Retired Employee. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R17-3 to commend and congratulate Billy M. Strickland, Sr., Department of Public Works, upon the occasion of his retirement from County service.

7. Renewal of Housing Choice Voucher Program.
