1. Six-Year Secondary Road Improvement Program. Receive public comments jointly with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) on the proposed Secondary Road System Six-Year Plan for Fiscal Years 2017 – 2022 and the Secondary System Construction Budget for FY2017.

Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 16-3 to establish jointly with the School Division a trust, trusts, or equivalent arrangements for the purpose of accumulating and investing assets to fund post-employment benefits other than pensions in accordance with Sections 15.2-1544 of the Code of Virginia, and pursuant to Section 15.2-1547 of the Code of Virginia, to appoint members to a Local Finance Board.
