Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 15-12 to amend sections of Chapter 24.1, Zoning, of the York County Code to incorporate changes made necessary by amendments to the Code of Virginia pertaining to variances; removal of the July 1, 2017, expiration date of a law delaying the payment of certain cash proffers until after final inspection of property and before the issuance of certificates of occupancy; and reviews of resubmitted site plans solely involving commercial land.

13. Erosion and Sediment Control.
