9. Sponsorship of Application to Amend the Comprehensive Plan and the York County Zoning Ordinance: Agriculture and Aquaculture. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R14-96 to sponsor an application to amend the York County Comprehensive Plan - Charting the Course to 2035, to modify the description of the Low Density Single-Family Residential land use designation and to amend various sections of the York County Zoning Ordinance to establish performance standards for agriculture and aquaculture uses and to clarify various other sections.

10. Civic and Cultural Grants Program. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R14-102 to establish a County Civic and Cultural Grants Program with established guidelines and criteria through which eligible civic and cultural organizations may apply for County funding, and to establish the York County Civic and Cultural Grants Advisory Committee to administer the grant program, reviewing the funding requests and advising the Board of Supervisors regarding the allocation of program grant funding. a.
