Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 15-9 to amend Ordinance No. 07-20 to amend the provisions of the special assessment imposed on real estate in The Marquis Community Development Authority (CDA) district to allow a one-time option to any landowner in the CDA District to prepay its special assessment at a discount and authorize amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding with The Marquis Community Development Authority to allow for the issuance of additional bonds by the CDA to be secured by landowner special assessments, if any, and certain incremental tax revenues to finance additional infrastructure.
